The kids want to rock even more, and preferably with HEAVYSAURUS! Behind this name are four dinosaurs and a dragon who bring rock music for the whole family to your ears and onto the stage—a genuine, child-friendly live experience with a bombastic show. After the sensational debut of “POMMESGABEL” at number eleven on the German charts, the album will be reissued on November 29: “POMMESGABEL - RELOAD” contains eight brand new, unreleased songs alongside classics such as “Flugsaurier,” “Laser Ninja,” and “Der haarige Kobold (feat. Saltatio Mortis).” It also features new dinotastic artwork and is available in three formats: CD, CD with friendship book, and CD with Santa hat – a lavish package with 20 songs that also makes an excellent Christmas gift. In their new songs, HEAVYSAURUS once again deliver powerful riffs, great melodies, and rousing drum beats that little (and big) fans can sing, dance, and freak out to as they please. Real rock music, wild and quiet, with lyrics written especially for the little biggest “dino metalheads.” With the addition of “Reload,” the five green-scaled prehistoric creatures are giving a nod to Metallica, the world's most successful metal band, and their 1997 album of the same name. Heavysaurus have also arrived in the big world of metal, as shown by the reactions of parents who enjoy the authentic songs and live shows just as much. Because Heavysaurus make music for children, but not purely children's music. Young and old alike can enjoy it. The “POMMESGABEL TOUR” continues Since the beginning of 2024, Riffi Raffi (guitar), Muffi Puffi (bass), Komppi Momppi (drums), Milli Pilli (keyboards) and, of course, singer Mr. Heavysaurus have been on tour, and by the end of the year they will have played over 180 shows in German-speaking countries. And the reactions have been tremendous: sold-out venues, beaming children's faces, laughing parents, and countless hands raised in the air with “french fry forks,” the international symbol for metalheads. Because everyone—whether human, dinosaur, or dragon—is having so much fun, the “POMMESGABEL TOUR” is being extended: HEAVYSAURUS (and the five professional musicians inside the cool dinosaur costumes who play live) will be back in January 2025. Children aged 3 to 11 and their companions of all ages can look forward to a unique concert experience: a band with real instruments on a big stage, with light shows, fog, spark showers, balloons, and confetti. And, of course, with songs that many children (and parents) can already sing along to, such as “Kaugummi ist mega!” (Chewing gum is awesome!) or “Rarrr,” the dinosaurs' cry that many laughing mouths love to shout along to. Young fans will also be able to meet their green-scaled favorites in person in 2025. There will be a limited number of VIP tickets available, giving the little biggest fans the chance to meet the dinosaurs, shake their paws, and take photos. In addition, Heavysaurus continues to be the official ambassador for “Die Arche,” a Germany-wide organization that supports disadvantaged children and their families. That's why the band is happy to donate €1 from every ticket sold to “Die Arche.” For parents: The concerts take place in the afternoons and at an appropriate volume. Wherever possible, there is a separate children's area in front of the stage with the best view for the little ones. And don't worry: The dinosaurs don't bite.
